Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel to maintain a high-performance team.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory, and optimize cash flow to drive store performance.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Lead initiatives to maximize productivity, training, and retention of high-performing staff.
• Enforce PPE use and promote workplace safety; support risk management activities.
• Analyze Profit & Loss statements and assist in budgeting efforts.
