Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
Perform basic math accurately.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing safety and ensuring pumps, lot and store areas are clean.
Leadership and Personnel Management: Train and develop employees, provide coaching, and manage performance as needed.
Customer Service and Site Relationships: Provide prompt, courteous service, handle cash and POS transactions, and maintain store environment.
Business and Financial Management: Plan store activities to maximize profit, manage inventory, and submit daily sales reports.
Facilities Management: Maintain appearance and safety of facilities and equipment.
Personnel Assistance: Assist with staffing and scheduling while supporting teamwork.
