Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate employees to operate the store safely and provide customer service.
• Back-up to Store Manager: manage employee paperwork and training.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and trainings conducted monthly.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and assist at pump/store.
• Manage cash, inventory and store cleanliness to ensure efficient operations.
