Job summary

Shoe Station at Rogan’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, lead by example, and maintain a fun, customer-first environment. This full-time role includes key holder duties, training associates, and supporting the General Manager to reach sales goals.

Open and close duties, loss prevention, register reconciliation, merchandising, and delivering outstanding service are core requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years in retail or customer service.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals.
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation.
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures.
