Job summary

Shoe Carnival, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations at Shoe Station in Rogan’s. This full-time role acts as a key holder, leading by example and promoting a fun, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supporting sales goals, coaching associates, and managing cash procedures. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Great customer service and a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Age 18+ due to keyholder responsibilities.
