Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist with merchandising and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store areas and fixtures in a well-organized, presentable state.
