Jobvite, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team. You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability.

This role offers competitive pay $13.00-$17.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% and store performance bonuses. You’ll work with a diverse range of merchandise and gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling.
