FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houston, TX to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and exceed store financial goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and asset protection.

The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $17.00 plus commission on productivity and a store-based bonus. Benefits include healthcare, earned wage access, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+.
• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Train and monitor Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store; count cash & merchandise; protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, reporting.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
