Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model to create a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
