Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Linden, Michigan location to support store operations, customer service, and team development. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and maintain displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
