Qualifikationen

• Retail store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical activities
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process directives and maintain store fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
• Protect store assets and cash; ensure store security
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment
