Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hawthorne, CA for a full-time position with benefits. You will support the Store Manager in all store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment, stepping in when the Store Manager is not present.

You will assist customers with purchases, build lasting customer connections, and maintain a positive attitude with all team members, contributing to smooth daily operations and store success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor periods; may ladder access signage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases.
• Develop customer connections and maintain a positive attitude with all.
• Act in place of the Store Manager when they are not present.
