Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and support the Team Leader in delivering outstanding customer service. You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and drive store profitability.

You will oversee customer experience, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with safety and company regulations, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh foods and made-to-order items per quality standards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels.
