Job summary

Crosby’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, maintain high standards, and ensure customers have a great experience every day.

You’ll oversee operations, support merchandising, and assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and safety compliance while fostering a positive, results-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports, and vendor check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following Crosby’s quality and cleanliness standards.
• Promote and assist customers with enrolling in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues when the Team Leader is not present.
