Caleres is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Round Rock, Texas to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence. You will motivate a team to reach sales targets, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive daily store operations, staffing decisions, and training efforts while embodying the Famous Feeling across our brands. This role emphasizes leadership, culture, and hands-on store presence.

Qualifikationen

• Has a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with store associates.
• Ability to train and develop associates for customer experience and operations.
• Demonstrates independent judgment and problem solving in a retail setting.
• Strong understanding of general retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
