Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to flexible hours.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions for customers.
• Coach team, share product knowledge, and drive service quality.
• Support achievement of sales goals and close customer interactions.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
