You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage staffing, onboarding, and training, and ensure compliance with company standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills and flexibility to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Supervise staff in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for store associates.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
