Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure customer experience and operational excellence.

You will assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates, manage staffing levels, and coach the team to meet performance standards while maintaining a friendly, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to achieve sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Lead and coach store associates in sales, service, and operations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
