Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising, shrink control.
• Provide outstanding customer service; lead by example and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store goals and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
