Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and interpersonal relations.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet high standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restocking to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems.
• Support peak store operations by lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
