Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Maintain brand standards in displays and store layouts.
• Manage inventory and restocking to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store operations: scheduling, opening/closing, and processes.
• Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and setting targets.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
