Qualifications

• Previous sales leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure displays and layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes; assist with moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
