Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Management Team in daily operations and team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations; assist with heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
