Job summary
Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in all aspects of store operations and team leadership.
You will drive daily performance, inspire staff, and ensure outstanding customer service delivery. Responsibilities include inventory management, visual merchandising, scheduling, routines for opening/closing, and executing sales initiatives to grow revenue while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and associates.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and coaching experience
- Proven track record in sales management or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
- Ensure product displays and store layouts meet brand standards
- Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience
- Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations
- Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and target attainment
- Address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
