Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will contribute to a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

You will play a key role in training, product knowledge, and recruitment to sustain growth and promote from within, with a focus on a superior customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and service
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruitment and selection of team members; enforce all company policies and procedures
