Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will help develop staff, train on products, and uphold company policies, with a focus on internal promotion and career growth.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to follow diverse instructions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members and help enforce company policies and procedures.
