You will support the General Manager in daily operations, develop action plans, motivate the team, and implement merchandising strategies that boost sales while fostering an inclusive, positive work

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profits.
• Experience training staff on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Experience implementing merchandising strategies and changing visual sets.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in managing day-to-day store operations to meet KPI’s.
• Develops clear action plans with General Manager to achieve objectives and timelines.
• Motivates and coaches staff to improve selling opportunities and customer relationships.
• Creates and maintains effective visual and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Participates in recruiting and building a dynamic team.
