Hill House Home is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Georgetown, DC location to enhance client experience and lead a high-performing retail team.

You will partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies, maintain store operations, and develop staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews. This full-time role includes weekend shifts and a dynamic, brand-forward environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.
