The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to lead a team in our Washington store. You will manage daily operations, train staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and store performance.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring health & safety standards. Open availability, weekends, and holidays are required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
