Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cash handling, banking, and inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, coaching, and supervising store staff.
• Provide leadership during daily operations and staff development.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Help achieve production and sales goals and monitor store performance.
• Support loss prevention and merchandise control procedures.
