Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Participate in staffing, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales metrics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities are completed.
• Keep Store Manager informed of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Support extraordinary customer service during peak periods and when needed.
• Promote and sell Hibbett I City Gear services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures across operations and staff.
