Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and profitability.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and standards.
• Inform Store Manager of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain quality customer service per manuals.
• Perform administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services/merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risk.
