Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs CHARM service model.
• Assist with daily retail operations including POS management, stock room, pricing and markdowns.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and stay informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Model best practices and drive sales performance to inspire the team.
