Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is a nonprofit organization that funds job training, education, and other community programs by selling donated clothing and household items in Goodwill stores and online.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, applying leadership, listening, and management skills to meet sales goals and deliver customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of management experience.
• Internal candidates will be considered with High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months in the Goodwill Team Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers to achieve production and quality goals.
• Adhere to organizational policies to reflect a positive internal and external appearance.
