Citi Trends in Tampa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and effective staffing, onboarding, and development of store associates.

You will help hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment in the Tampa location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control and shrink prevention.

• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training for store staff.
