Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tampa to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales while upholding our customer experience standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, onboarding, and development of associates, ensuring inventory control and policy adherence across the store. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.
