Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise and maintain stock areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support store communications and directives.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged items, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines.
• Help supervise and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper restocking.
