The role emphasizes brand standards, people development, and effective store operations, including Omni-channel fulfillment and inventory control. A history of supervision in retail and scheduling availability are key assets for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Clear communication with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Supervise and plan associates' goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
• 30% People: Recruit, train and develop teams; coach and counsel; resolve associate concerns and maintain positive relations.
• 30% Operations: Ensure execution of company processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment and digital strategies.
• Store inventory management: process orders, shipments and payroll hours to meet business needs.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensure a safe store environment and protect company assets with proper controls.
