Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership at the register and assist customers.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise flows: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash control procedures.
• Assist with planograms and store presentation as directed by the Store Manager.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
