Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, hires and develops store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Oversees store operations, brand standards, merchandising and omni-channel initiatives.
• Manages scheduling, payroll hours and inventory practices.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures, safety and loss prevention protocols.
• Supports Store Manager in achieving KPIs and financial targets.
