The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail customer service, 1+ year in management, and strong communication skills. A Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and support direction planning of associates to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales and loyalty.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit, coach, and maintain positive associate relations.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel strategies.
• Store opening/closing, inventory, payroll, and scheduling duties.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure a safe store environment and protect assets.
