Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and process corporate directives.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, ordering, loss prevention, and record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, deposits).
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates; ensure a safe, friendly environment.
