Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help organize merchandise, assist customers, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while maintaining promotional displays and store standards.

The role emphasizes leadership of Store Associates, loss prevention, and creating a positive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates and maintain a positive environment.
