Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a high-performing team in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

You will assist with merchandise handling, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and enforcing company policies, while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe shopping environment. This is a full-time role located in Creve Coeur, MO.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead a team and develop staff.
• Familiarity with payroll, scheduling, and store operations.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies; maintain displays and promotions.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Lead and develop Store Associates; ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• Keep the store clean and presentable including restrooms and floors.
