GPM Investments, LLC in Milwaukee seeks an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store energized and running smoothly across second or third shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will serve customers, support operations, and help lead a team toward outstanding service and sales results.

You’ll assist the Store Manager in daily duties, run the register with speed and accuracy, coach staff, hire and train, manage inventory and merchandising, and handle cash deposits while

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification
• Proficient in English with basic math skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned
