GPM Investments LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to keep our busy Wisconsin convenience store energized and customer-focused. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and step in as acting manager when needed.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. You must have a valid driver’s license and a Food Safety Certification. We offer weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Oversee daily cash handling and deposits.
