Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Protect store assets including cash and ensure safety/compliance.
• Help train and develop store associates; ensure a respectful environment.
• Keep the store neat, stocked, and presentable.
