You will assist with opening/closing, organize merchandise, supervise associates, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have retail/store management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-energy teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain fixtures and displays and ensure promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Help manage, train, and develop Store Associates.
