Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years related experience in retail supervision or management with proven incremental supervisory advancement
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives within the retail environment.
• Perform all store opening and closing procedures and responsibilities
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations to ensure efficient store performance and a positive customer experience.
• Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory levels of new and used goods
• Deliver and model exceptional customer service standards for a diverse customer base.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
