Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager in Gig Harbor, WA. The role oversees retail supervisors and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to budgets. Salary is $20.00 per hour with full benefits.

You will manage opening/closing tasks, audits, inventory, payroll, and security, while delivering exceptional service to customers and maintaining store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related experience in retail supervision or management with proven advancement.
• Strong analytical, judgment, decision-making, and communications skills.
• Excellent coaching, leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures for the store.
• Maintain store audits and LP audits.
• Lead semi-annual inventory and payroll processes.
• Monitor cash handling and security procedures.
• Oversee supply management and budgeting for monthly and annual reporting.
